These terms apply to every purchase and subscription on redconceptstore.com (the “website”), run by RED Concept Design Store (CR No. 188507-1) in the Kingdom of Bahrain (“RED”, “we”). By placing an order or joining the Random Mail Club you agree to them.
1. Products
Most pieces are handmade from vintage or reclaimed materials, so colours, fades, stitching and small marks vary and are part of the design. Photos show the actual piece or a close example; where a listing says “no specific piece is promised”, the piece you receive will differ slightly from the photo.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are set in Bahraini dinar (BHD). Prices shown in other currencies are a guide only; your card is charged in BHD. Payment is taken when you place your order, through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
An order is confirmed once payment is successful. If a piece sells out at the same moment, or a price is shown in error, we will contact you and refund you in full.
3. Delivery
Delivery takes 7–14 days. Delivery is free across the GCC for most pieces; Egypt and Jordan cost 3 BHD per order; furniture and large paintings cost 15 BHD per piece outside Bahrain. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
You are responsible for giving a correct and complete address and phone number. RED is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of a wrong or incomplete address; re-delivery may be charged.
4. Returns and damage
All sales are final. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
5. Random Mail Club (subscription)
- Monthly plan: your first payment is taken when you join. After that your saved card is charged automatically on the 27th of every month for the next month’s package, until you cancel. We email you a reminder a few days before each charge.
- 3-month and yearly plans are paid once in advance and do not renew automatically.
- To cancel a monthly plan, use the “Cancel membership” button in any club email, or message us. Cancellation takes effect straight away: if you cancel before the 27th, no further charges are made. A package you have already paid for is still sent.
- Packages ship in the first week of each month. Contents are chosen by us and are a surprise; sizes you give us are used for clothing pieces.
- If a monthly payment fails, we try again for a few days and email you a link to pay. If it still isn’t paid, the membership is paused and that month’s package is not sent.
- Founding member prices stay the same for as long as the membership remains active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the regular price applies.
6. Your content and our content
All designs, photos and text on the website belong to RED or the artists and may not be copied without permission.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
