This policy explains what personal information RED Concept Store collects on redconceptstore.com and how we use it, in line with Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and optional gift note.
- Random Mail Club: the same details plus age and clothing sizes, so packages fit; for gifts, the details of the person giving and receiving.
- Messages: what you send us through our contact forms, including any photos or files you attach.
- Payment: your card is handled entirely by our licensed payment provider. We never see or store your full card number; for the monthly club plan the provider keeps a secure reference to your card so it can be charged each month.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders and club packages.
- To send order, delivery and subscription emails (confirmations, shipping updates and payment reminders).
- To answer your messages and handle any damage claims.
- Only if you subscribe to our newsletter: occasional emails about new pieces. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share only what’s needed with the services that run the shop: our payment provider, our delivery companies, our email service and our secure database and hosting providers.
Storage and your choices
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Your browser keeps your bag, chosen country and checkout details on your own device to save you typing; you can clear them in your browser settings.
