Good to know
Is the monthly plan automatic?
Yes. Your card is charged automatically on the 27th of every month, and that month’s package ships in the first week of the next. It continues until you unsubscribe. We email you a reminder a few days before each charge.
When will it arrive?
Packages ship in the first week of every month and take 2–7 days, depending on your location.
What is the founding member price?
The first 10 members pay 10.000 BD a month instead of 14.000 BD, and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe and rejoin later, the regular price applies.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every club email has a “Cancel membership” button: one click and it’s done, or just message us. Cancel before the 27th and you won’t be charged again; any package you’ve already paid for is still sent. The 3-month and yearly plans never renew automatically.
Can I send it to a friend?
Yes. Choose “A gift for a friend”, add their details and address, and we’ll deliver to them every month.
Why do you ask for sizes and age?
So that when a package includes something to wear, it fits, and so every surprise suits the person receiving it.
